During my time as Transcona's City Councillor from 2018 to 2022, I worked every day to ensure our community received its fair share and that residents had a strong voice at City Hall. Supporting Community Recreation and Families
Supported improvements to parks and playgrounds across Transcona.

Investing in Roads and Infrastructure
Secured investments for road renewals and local street improvements throughout the ward.
Advanced sidewalk and pathway improvements to improve neighbourhood connectivity.
Helped bring the Reenders Path and the Pandora connection projects to completion, improving access and safety for residents.
Supported the reconstruction and widening of Fermor Avenue between Lagimodiere Boulevard and Symington Road.
Worked to address drainage and infrastructure concerns in growing areas of Transcona. Focusing on completing active transportation routes in our area to connect these routes with the rest of Winnipeg.
Honouring Veterans and Preserving Community History
Supported initiatives recognizing veterans and preserving local history.
Helped advance the Homes for Heroes initiative and support for veterans in our community.
Supported the creation of the Veteran Banner Program to recognize those who served.
Advocated for a free burial program for veterans in City-owned cemetery plots.
Supported the Transcona Historical Museum and efforts to celebrate our community's heritage.
